The marketing pages of this site set no cookies. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking of any kind. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a banner.
Where cookies do appear
Two parts of this site are not plain marketing pages, and they behave differently.

Third-party requests
Loading a page fetches typefaces from Google Fonts. That does not set a cookie, but it does tell Google your IP address, because your browser has to ask Google's servers for the files. That is the only third-party request a marketing page makes.
Blocking them
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking them will not affect the marketing pages at all, since they set none. It will stop the dealer portal from keeping you signed in, because that is precisely what its cookie does.
