What you are agreeing to

If you tick "Text me about this estimate" on the form, you are giving ALWAYS ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE (CSLB #944166) permission to send text messages to the mobile number you entered, about the enquiry you submitted — confirming it arrived, arranging a time to look at the job, and following up on the work.

• Who sends them: ALWAYS ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE. Nobody else. We do not pass your number to other companies to text you.
• What they are about: your enquiry and your job. Not marketing blasts.
• How many: as many as the conversation needs — typically a handful around scheduling, not a recurring campaign.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. We do not charge you for them.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You do not have to explain, and it does not affect work already scheduled — we will call instead. Reply HELP for help, or call (619) 415-5514 any time.

You can also just tell whoever you are speaking to. A verbal "stop texting me" counts, and we honour it the same way.

What we record

We store whether you ticked the box, along with the time and the form you submitted it from, so we have a record of what you agreed to and when. That record is what lets us prove we had permission — it is kept for that reason, and it is why we do not text numbers that did not opt in.

Wrong number

If you are receiving texts from us and never asked for them — someone mistyped a number, or a number was reassigned — reply STOP or call (619) 415-5514 and we will remove it immediately.
